Acceptable Use Policy

Clear rules for using BondiByte responsibly, protecting tenant access, keeping data appropriate, and supporting reliable platform operations.

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how customers, users, auditors, and visitors must use BondiByte websites, workspaces, files, notifications, automation, and access links responsibly.

  • Do not access or attempt to access another organisation's workspace.
  • Do not share staff, client, auditor, or tenant-specific links with unauthorised people.
  • Do not create false accounts or impersonate another person or organisation.

  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls.
  • Do not scrape, scan, probe, overload, attack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Do not upload malicious files, scripts, links, code, or content.

Customer workspaces should contain accurate, authorised, and appropriate operational information.

  • Do not submit false, misleading, unauthorised, or unlawful data.
  • Do not upload content that infringes another party's rights.
  • Do not expose sensitive staff, client, auditor, or customer information to unauthorised people.
  • Do not use uploaded documents or evidence workflows for unrelated or unsafe content sharing.

Customers and users must not use BondiByte in a way that damages platform operations, other tenants, or the integrity of the service.

  • Do not attempt to interfere with other tenants or platform operations.
  • Do not use automated tools to overload pages, forms, routes, files, or APIs.
  • Do not reverse engineer, copy, or misuse platform functionality beyond authorised use.

Automation misuse

Automation, notifications, reminders, email, smart workflow preparation, and Automation Capacity controls must be used responsibly and only for authorised operational purposes.

  • Do not abuse automation or notifications.

  • Do not trigger automation in a way intended to exhaust capacity or disrupt operations.
  • Do not use smart workflow outputs without appropriate review.

Reporting misuse

Reports, notes, incident records, audit requests, evidence requests, and support enquiries should be accurate, authorised, and connected to genuine operational needs.

  • Do not submit false or misleading reports.
  • Do not use reporting workflows to harass staff, clients, auditors, providers, or BondiByte Robotics.
  • Do not use auditor request workflows to seek information outside the relevant audit or evidence scope.
  • Do not misuse support channels for abusive, unlawful, or unrelated content.

Consequences of misuse

Subject to applicable law and relevant customer agreements, BondiByte Robotics may investigate misuse and take reasonable steps to protect customers, users, other tenants, and the platform.
