No bill shock: extra capacity is always something you choose to add, never a charge that arrives unannounced. Free trials are not limited by Automation Capacity at all.

What is Automation Capacity?

Automation Capacity is the control layer for automation-heavy workflows. It helps govern automated work behind smart rostering, reminder jobs, draft preparation, document scans, audit workflows, and operational notifications.

Does manual work stop if Automation Capacity is used?

Manual workflows remain available. Automation Capacity focuses on automation-heavy work the platform performs automatically, not ordinary viewing, editing, or day-to-day manual tasks.

Does a free trial use up my Automation Capacity?

No. During a trial, automation is not limited by Automation Capacity, and trial usage does not reduce your paid allowance, your full monthly allowance starts when billing begins.

Could I get a surprise overage bill?

No surprises. Extra Automation Capacity is always something you choose to add, never a charge that lands unexpectedly. Reaching your included capacity does not lock you out of BondiByte either. Everyday work carries on as normal, because viewing, editing and record keeping never use capacity. Automated work waits instead: scheduled automations are skipped, and if you run something that uses automation the screen tells you capacity is reached rather than running it. Capacity returns when your allowance resets with your billing cycle, or when you add more.

How do the plan buttons work today?

Published self-service plan buttons open BondiByte signup with a plan code. BondiByte SaaS then resolves billing server-side. Enterprise remains contact-led.

Do prices include GST?
