Pilot Programme Usage Statement
A plain-language statement of how the BondiByte Pilot Programme works: complimentary access, your pilot period, your data, and what happens when the pilot ends.
Overview
The BondiByte Pilot Programme is a complimentary, time-limited invitation for selected NDIS providers to use the full BondiByte platform and help shape how it develops. This statement explains, in plain language, how the pilot works and what each side can expect.
Participation is by invitation. Being added to the pilot does not change how you use BondiByte day to day. Your workspace, data, and team stay exactly as they are.
Complimentary access
During the pilot period your organisation keeps full access to your plan's features and included Automation Capacity at no charge. There is nothing you need to install or set up to take part.
Manual workflows remain available throughout, exactly as they are for paying customers.
Pilot period
Your pilot runs for a set period, and the end date is shown in your welcome email and on your workspace's billing and subscription page. We may extend or adjust a pilot period by agreement, and we will let you know in writing if anything changes.
We will give you reasonable notice before your pilot period ends so you can decide how you would like to continue.
No obligation
The pilot is genuinely no-obligation. You are free to stop at any time, and there is no lock-in. Letting us know you would like to stop is enough.
Taking part in the pilot does not commit you to a paid subscription beyond the choices you make at the end of the pilot period.
What we ask of you
In return for complimentary access, we simply ask for your honest feedback along the way. It helps us shape BondiByte around the realities of running an NDIS service. Feedback is welcome but not mandatory.
We also ask that you use BondiByte reasonably and in good faith, and that you continue to manage your authorised users and review the information you enter into the platform.
Your data
You retain ownership of your data. We handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable record-keeping obligations, and the pilot does not change how your operational records are stored or retained.
If you choose not to continue at the end of the pilot, your access pauses but your data is retained in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
Read the Privacy PolicyAvailability and changes
The pilot is offered on a complimentary, "as is" and "as available" basis. Some capabilities may be newer or still evolving, and BondiByte does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose during the pilot, beyond rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
BondiByte may add, change, suspend, or remove features or Automation Capacity, and may pause, modify, extend, or end the pilot programme (or a participant's place in it) at any time and at its discretion, acting reasonably and giving notice where practical. Participation does not create any entitlement to free, continued, or discounted access beyond the pilot period.
Your responsibilities
The pilot does not replace your own compliance, supervision, clinical, and operational responsibilities. BondiByte is an operations tool that supports your work; it does not assume your obligations as an NDIS provider or as an employer, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgement.
You remain responsible for your authorised users and their access, for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you enter, for meeting your own record-keeping and reporting obligations, and for using BondiByte in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy.
Read the Acceptable Use PolicyLiability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and given that pilot access is provided at no charge, BondiByte Robotics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the pilot programme.
Nothing in this statement excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. This statement should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the platform.
Read the Terms and ConditionsWhen the pilot ends
Unless you tell us beforehand that you would like to stop, your workspace transitions to a standard paid subscription on your current plan when the pilot period ends, so your team experiences no interruption.
Continuing requires a valid payment method, which you can add and manage through the secure billing portal from your account. If you would prefer not to continue, simply let us know before your pilot period ends and your access will pause rather than convert.
Standard billing, subscription, and cancellation terms apply from the point your subscription begins.
Read the Billing TermsPre-release features
From time to time the pilot may include features that are early or not yet generally available. Where something is clearly marked as pre-release, we ask that you treat details of it as confidential until it is released more widely.
Changes to this statement
We may update this statement from time to time so that it stays accurate. The version published on this page applies to your pilot. This statement is supplemented by, and read together with, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy; where there is any inconsistency, those documents and any written agreement with you prevail.
Continuing to take part in the pilot after a change to this statement means the updated version applies.
