Overview

These Billing Terms explain the public commercial model for BondiByte plans, trials, subscriptions, Enterprise arrangements, Automation Capacity, plan changes, payment processing, taxes, cancellations, refunds, and credits.

Billing terms may be supplemented by an order form, approved checkout or subscription process, invoice, subscription agreement, or other written terms.

Published plans

BondiByte published plans are based on provider size guidance and included Automation Capacity. Current public actions are Start trial for Foundation and Growth, Subscribe for Operations, Robotics, and Robotics Plus, and Book a demo for Enterprise.

Plan descriptions, staff guides, included capacity, and pricing may be updated over time through the approved commercial configuration.

Trials

Foundation and Growth are intended to support trial-led entry. Trial availability, duration, inclusions, conversion steps, and any limits may be shown in the relevant order process or confirmed in writing.

A trial does not remove the customer's responsibility to manage authorised users, review information entered into the platform, and use BondiByte appropriately.

Subscriptions

Operations, Robotics, and Robotics Plus are intended for subscription purchase. Subscription terms may include the selected plan, billing period, included Automation Capacity, applicable taxes, renewal approach, payment method, and cancellation process.

Final payment and checkout flows may be handled through the approved billing or subscription process when enabled.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise is custom and contact-led. It is intended for 500+ active staff, custom operating models, larger rollout requirements, custom Automation Capacity, PAYG arrangements, or other commercial needs.

Enterprise details should be documented in an order form, subscription agreement, invoice, or written arrangement.

Automation Capacity

Automation Capacity is the included allowance that governs automation-heavy work such as smart rostering preparation, reminders, invoice draft generation, timesheet preparation, document scans, audit workflows, and similar platform-run work.

Manual workflows remain available. Higher plans include more Automation Capacity, and Enterprise may support custom capacity or PAYG arrangements.

Plan changes

Customers may need to change plans as staff count, workflow volume, automation use, or operating complexity changes. Plan changes may be handled through the approved billing process, account controls, customer support, or a written order process.

Automation Capacity bundles or Enterprise arrangements may be considered where a provider needs additional automation capacity without changing the staff guide in the same way.

Payment processing

Payments may be processed through approved billing providers or other agreed payment methods. Payment handling, subscription state, invoices, and billing lifecycle events may be governed by the relevant order process and customer agreement.

BondiByte Robotics does not ask customers to place private payment credentials into public website forms.

Taxes and invoices

Prices, taxes, invoice details, and billing currency may be shown in the relevant order process, invoice, or subscription agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and reviewing invoices or order details before payment where applicable.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms may depend on the selected plan, order form, subscription agreement, billing period, and applicable law. Customers should review the checkout, order, invoice, or written subscription terms that apply to their plan.

Cancellation may affect access to paid features, automation-heavy workflows, support arrangements, and customer workspace handling according to the applicable terms.

Refunds and credits

Plan-specific billing terms may apply. Refunds or credits may be handled according to the applicable order form, subscription terms, customer agreement, or law.

Nothing in these Billing Terms limits non-excludable rights, remedies, guarantees, or obligations under applicable law.
