Time-saved metrics | BondiByte NDIS Software
Automation & Capacity

See the time automation gives back.

Every time automation completes real work, BondiByte records a conservative estimate of the admin minutes it replaced, and shows you the running total.

Time-saved metrics

What you get with Time-saved metrics.

  • Time-saved metrics

See the hours automation gives back, so the value is visible, not assumed.

  • Tied to metered activity

Savings are tied to real automated work, so the numbers mean something.

  • Owner-visible

Owners can see the payoff at any time, right alongside usage.

Why it exists

The problem it solves.

Automation is easy to claim and hard to see. When a platform quietly drafts timesheets overnight or offers a cancelled shift to available staff, the admin hours it replaced are invisible, which makes it genuinely hard for an owner to judge whether automation is pulling its weight. BondiByte keeps the score honestly, in minutes and hours, tied to work that actually happened.

How it works

1

Automation completes real work

A draft timesheet generated, a roster run completed, an expiry scan finished, a cover offer sent. Only work the platform actually performed counts.

2

Each activity carries a conservative estimate

Every kind of automated activity has a deliberately modest estimate of the manual minutes it replaces, based on the nature of the work.

3

The minutes add up

Estimates accumulate into a total for the current billing period and a running total for all time, updating as automation works.

4

You read it beside usage

Time saved sits directly alongside your automation usage and projections, so the value of automation is always visible next to what it consumes.

What you can do.

This billing period at a glance

See the estimated hours automation has given back so far this billing period, updated as work completes.

The all-time total

A running total since you started, so the cumulative contribution of automation is never a guess.

Tied to completed work only

Nothing is credited for a switch merely being on. Time is only recorded when automation actually finishes a piece of work.

Conservative by design

Estimates are deliberately modest, so the number you see is one you can comfortably stand behind.

Shown beside usage and projections

The same view shows automation usage, projected month-end use and time saved, so cost and value are read together.

How it connects.

  1. Automation runs across your workflows
  2. Each run is metered through Automation Capacity
  3. Completed work records its estimated minutes saved
  4. Owners read the totals beside usage

You stay in control.

Owner and admin visibility

The figures live in the automation usage view for the people who govern automation, right where capacity decisions are made.

Cross-check against run history

Every automated run is separately logged, so you can always see the actual work behind the numbers.

Act on what you learn

If an automation is not earning its keep, switch it off in the Automation Centre. The metrics exist to inform that call, not to defend automation.

Frequently asked questions.

How is time saved calculated?

Each kind of automated activity carries a conservative estimate of the manual minutes it replaces, and only completed work is counted. The totals are the sum of those estimates.

Are these numbers guaranteed savings?

No, and we do not present them that way. They are honest, deliberately modest estimates that make automation's contribution visible. Your actual savings depend on how your team worked before.

Where do I see time saved?

In the automation usage view, alongside your capacity usage and projections, as a figure for the current billing period and a running all-time total.

Does tracking time saved use our automation allowance?

No. Recording the estimate is part of the platform doing the work; it does not add to your usage.
