Agreements & Billing

Send agreements for signature.

Send agreements and contracts for E-signature straight from the record. Clients and staff sign on any device without an account, and the exact document they signed is stored, timestamped and locked.

E-signature

What you get with E-signature.

  • Email a secure signing link

Send a secure signing link by email, so agreements get signed without printing or posting.

  • Branded signing experience

Clients sign in a clean, branded flow that reflects your organisation.

  • Document snapshotted on sign

The signed copy is captured and locked, so you always have the exact version agreed.

Why it exists

The problem it solves.

Getting an agreement signed on paper means printing, posting or emailing attachments, then chasing for weeks and scanning whatever comes back. Along the way you lose track of who has actually seen the document, and whether the copy that was signed matches the one you sent. For participants and families, printing and returning paperwork is a real barrier to getting started.

How it works

1

Send a secure signing link

From the agreement or contract, enter the signer's name and email and choose who they are signing as: the participant, a guardian, a staff member or someone else. BondiByte emails them a private signing link, in an email carrying your logo and brand colour.

2

The document is locked in at send time

The exact agreement, rendered from your published template, is captured the moment you send it. That captured copy is what the signer reviews and signs, so later edits can never change it.

3

They sign on any device

The signer opens the link in their browser, reviews the document, draws their signature and ticks the consent statement. No account, app or printer needed.

4

The signed copy is stored and tracked

A signature page is added with the signer's name, the date and time and a unique document fingerprint. The signed PDF is stored against the record, the agreement becomes read-only, and you can download it any time.

What you can do.

Agreements and staff contracts

The same E-signature flow covers client service agreements and staff employment contracts, so both end up signed against the right record.

No login for the signer

Signers open a private link and sign in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. They never need a BondiByte account.

Signer roles

Record exactly who signed: the participant, a guardian, a provider representative, a staff member or another party.

Sent, viewed, signed

See when each request was sent, when the document was viewed and when it was signed, all timestamped against the request.

Evidence built into the signed PDF

The signed copy carries the drawn signature, the signer's name, the signing time and a document fingerprint, alongside the recorded consent acknowledgement.

Expiring links

Signing links expire after 30 days, so an old email cannot be used to sign a stale document. Send a fresh request whenever you need to.

You stay in control.

You decide when it goes out

Nothing is sent for signature until you choose the signer and send the request yourself.

Signed means locked

Once signed, the agreement is read-only. Changes need a new agreement, not a quiet edit.

Full visibility per request

Every request shows its status and timestamps, and signed PDFs are there to download whenever you need them.

Frequently asked questions.

Does the person signing need a BondiByte account?

No. They receive an email with a private link and sign in their browser on any device. There is nothing to install and no password to set up.

Can the document change after it has been signed?

No. The document is captured when the request is sent, and that captured copy is what gets signed. Editing the template or the agreement afterwards never alters it.

What if the client does not sign in time?

Links expire after 30 days. If a link expires, send a new request from the same agreement; the expired link can no longer be used.

What record do I have of the signing?

The signed PDF includes the drawn signature, the signer's name, the date and time and a unique document fingerprint, and the request keeps sent, viewed and signed timestamps. The signer must also tick a consent statement before signing.

Can a guardian or representative sign instead of the participant?

Yes. When you send the request you choose who is signing, including a guardian or another representative, and that role is recorded with the signature.
