Frequently asked questions.
Can we use our existing contract wording?
Yes. The template is your document: paste in your wording and add your logo. BondiByte then finds the names, dates and pay details that should become variables, and you confirm each one before the template is saved. Finding variables is one of the AI-assisted features, available once your organisation has turned those on. You can always place variables yourself from the editor.
What happens to signed contracts when we update the template?
They stay exactly as they were signed. Each signed contract is a locked copy of that document, so updating the template only changes contracts you generate from then on.
How do staff actually sign?
You send the generated contract for e-signature, the staff member signs electronically, and the signed copy is stored against their staff record.
Will we know before a contract expires?
Yes. Contract expiry reminders go out automatically at the lead times you configure.
Is this legal advice?
No. BondiByte gives you the tools to build, issue and sign contracts efficiently. The wording, rates and terms should be confirmed with your own advisers.
