Billing and Subscription
Manage your plan and subscription.
Choose a plan, start a trial where available, view subscription status, change plans, and manage payment securely. Plan changes are controlled in BondiByte so staff guides and Automation Capacity stay aligned.
Overview
This guide explains how BondiByte subscription billing works for provider organisations.
It covers plan selection, trials, subscription status, plan changes, payment management, and Enterprise.
BondiByte subscription billing is separate from the NDIS invoices you raise for participant supports.
Before you begin
- Know your approximate active staff count and how much automation you expect to use.
- Decide who is the billing contact and account owner.
- Review plans on the pricing page before subscribing.
Recommended setup order
- Compare plans on the pricing page and pick the right starting plan.
- Foundation and Growth offer a 28-day trial; Operations, Robotics, and Robotics Plus start as a subscription.
- After signing in, open Profile, then Billing, to see subscription status.
- Upgrade or downgrade from inside BondiByte: upgrades apply immediately with proration, and downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal.
- Open the secure billing portal from the Billing page to update your payment method, view subscription invoices, or cancel.
- For Enterprise or custom commercial arrangements, contact sales.

Best practice
- Start with the plan that fits your team today and move up when your operations grow.
- Use the in-app plan change so your staff guide and Automation Capacity stay aligned.
- Keep one clear billing owner for the account.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting repeat trials. Trials are intended for new organisations, and BondiByte may restrict repeat trials for the same organisation, billing identity, or account history.
- Confusing BondiByte subscription billing with the NDIS invoices you raise for participant supports.
- Trying to buy Automation Capacity bundles from the public website. Additional capacity is managed inside your BondiByte account.
