Step-by-step guides
- The Reports & Forms library Understand the Reports & Forms library, where your organisation keeps its forms, and how forms, versions, the Staff App and completed reports fit together.
- Create or clone a form Build a form for your organisation in Reports & Forms, from a blank template or by duplicating an existing one, and save it as a draft.
- Publish a form Check a draft form with Preview, publish it in Reports & Forms and see what publishing, unpublishing and editing a form do.
- Show a form on the staff mobile app Turn on the Staff mobile app switch for a published form in Reports & Forms so support workers can use it in the Staff App, and turn it off again.
- Complete a report Add a report from a form on the Reports page. Choose the form and the client, answer the questions and save the report.
- Download a report PDF Download a completed report as a PDF from the Reports page, to keep a copy, share it or file it with your own records.
- Record an incident Record an incident with what happened, who was involved and any follow-up. BondiByte keeps the record. It does not report an incident outside your organisation.
- Review an incident Find an incident, read the full record, change its status or close it, then correct a detail or remove it from the active register.
- The incident workflow How incidents work in BondiByte: the Incidents page, types, severities, statuses, follow-ups, who can do what and the notification switches.
- Charts overview Understand how Charts work in BondiByte, from a template to a client's own Chart that staff can record on the Staff App.
- The Chart Library See what the Chart Library holds, how built-in and organisation Chart templates differ, and what each status and button means.
- Clone a built-in Chart template Copy one of BondiByte's built-in Chart templates into your organisation, name it, and activate it so it is ready to assign to a client.
- Create an organisation Chart template Build your own Chart template in the Chart Library, add its fields, choose where choices come from, and publish it so it can be assigned to a client.
- Assign a Chart to a client Give a published Chart template to one client, set that client's own choices, activate the Chart and check that it is ready for the Staff App.
- Fixed and client-specific choices Learn the difference between choices that are the same for everyone and choices you set for each client, and where to set each one.
- Client Chart versions Understand how a client's Chart changes over time, what a version is, when a change starts, and why entries that were already recorded are never altered.
- View and correct Chart entries Staff record Chart entries on the Staff App. On a computer you can open an entry, correct a wrong answer, or deactivate an entry that should not be there.
- Client Charts history Look back over what has been recorded on a client's Charts. Choose a Chart and a period, read the entries in date order and open any entry.
- Export a Chart as PDF Download the entries recorded on one of a client's Charts for a period you choose, as a PDF you can print, file or share with the people who need the record.
